ERIN

POLLARD

Erin Pollard thinks about time differently. A former dancer who spent nearly two decades working in New York fashion, she eventually found her way back to a craft that surrounded her growing up in Maine: basket weaving. Now living in Brooklyn, Erin has founded a studio practice based in Maine, creating functional carriers that honor New England’s regional history. Her world moves between movement and making, inherited craft and contemporary design—shaped by a belief in the human signature, the value of patience, and the quiet power of working with our hands.

JESSICA
DE RUITER

Now living between Los Angeles and her native Toronto, the mother and longtime fashion insider is bringing that same sensibility to interiors alongside her husband, designer Jed Lind. Her world is understated and tactile—morning hikes in nature, print magazines, pen and paper, photographs taken with an actual camera, and a steadfast rule before bringing anything new into her wardrobe or home: sleep on it. After a lifetime spent looking, editing and choosing, Jessica has learned to trust what stays with her.

NIA
THOMAS

“I’ve stopped apologizing for moving slowly.” It’s a philosophy that feels deeply woven into everything Nia Thomas creates. Founder and Creative Director of her namesake label, she has built a collection built around natural fibers, thoughtful craftsmanship, and small-scale production, proof that modern luxury can be both beautiful and deeply considered.

Her perspective has been shaped as much by conversations with strangers across Morocco, Kyoto, and Peru as by her work in fashion, cultivating a lasting curiosity about how people choose to live. Today, that curiosity extends beyond clothing to interiors, blacksmithing, carpentry, and “anything that lets me build something with my hands instead of just imagining it.” It’s this blend of intentionality, craftsmanship, and quiet creativity that makes her perspective one worth discovering.

That mindset carries through everything, from the people she supports to the brands and rituals she returns to. She is drawn to what feels purposeful, enduring, and thoughtfully made, choices that reflect her values of care, longevity, and deliberate living.
